1.10% APY high yield savings account offered by 1st Constitution Direct

1st Constitution Direct is still offering their high yield online savings account called Direct Super Savings Internet Special that has a best savings account interest rate of 1.10% APY for balances of $10,000 and more. Any balance below the $10K gets the next tier interest rate of 0.50% APY.

This high interest savings account requires a starting balance of $100. Account holders do no have to worry about any fees nor any service charges.

You can make most of the highest interest rates by opening an account using the online form. Take note though that the initial funding must be sourced from a checking account that is not with 1st Constitution. Trial deposits and withdrawal will be made just to verify that the source account is really yours. You can check these transactions with your other bank and confirm them via 1st Constitution online banking within 45 days. Do not go beyond 45 days after the first transaction or the bank may decide to close the account

1st Constitution Direct operates under New Jersey based 1st Constitution Bank. This bank was founded in 19889 while the online division was established in 2008. Online banking customers have access to a customer service line if they have questions with regard to the bank’s products and other services. The online banking operation lowers the operational costs of the bank and allows them to offer more attractive interest rates.
